This is to prevent any misunderstanding in the future.

1. Do you own a shop?
No, it is mainly PRE-ORDER online shopping & some ready stocks ( Grab it Now & 2ndCharm only)
2. Can i try the clothes before i buy?
This is strictly online shopping thus no trying.
3. Is there anymore discount?
Just as you love discount, neither do i but this is the BEST price i could give as i'm bearing the entire costs of importing by myself unless stated negotiable otherwise all prices are FIRM.
4. How big is your free size?
Free size as in average size (favorably S/M size figure). Due to different shape and sizes, the effect might differ from each individual.
5. What are the measurement of the items?
I already stated every information provided for that particular item. So, if it's not there means my supplier don't have it as well.
6. How long does it takes to get my item?
It normally takes about 7-14 working days, depending on supplier. From there, you can self collect your item from Desa Petaling (Shell Station), South City Plaza, and Mid Valley only. For those who can't make it, i'll post it to you and all charges should be borne by buyer.
7. How is the payment like?
Please pay FULL amount upon confirmation order from me. If you opt for Poslaju, add RM6 per first(refer to shipping charges chart) to your grand total. Buyers are given 24hours(exclude Public holiday/weekend) to pay up the full amount otherwise we regret to have your order cancelled.*pls email me if there's any circumstances causes the delay of payment.
8. What about means of payment?
i. CDM - Cash Deposit Machine
ii. IB- Internet Banking
iii. Cash Deposit
After you bank-in, pls scan + email the slip to me as a proof otherwise forfeited.REMEMBER to bring your bank-in slip or print screen during meet-up to collect your item.
9. What if the item i bought can't fit it in?
We are not responsible for such cases because all measurement are stated clearlyand those that are not are mostly free size means average size. Pls do your own judgement.
10.Can i refund or exchange the items i ordered?
All purchases are not refundable or exchangeable.

If your item is out of stock and the balance will refund to you or exchange with another piece but if you want to cancel your order, SORRY no refund.
11. What if the quality of item is not up to my expectations?
Please allow 2-3cm discrepancies for the measurements stated due to different production batches/ways of measurement.Also, colours may differ slightly due to monitor's resolution.
12. Pls explain the whole process altogether?
Confirm Order -->fill in the ORDER FORM-->double confirmed order from fashion-monger -->proceed payment immediately-->happily waiting for your item-->item's arrival -->via post/meet-up -->here you go! :)
Lastly,
Fashion-monger will not responsible for any lost, damaged,
or wrong items
shipped by the seller.

1. When you bank-in, kindly fill in the reference details if possible.
2. Please scan & email the bank-in slip to me for those using ATM / Cash Deposit.
3. Whereas, If you are using Internet Banking pls save screen and email to me.
4. After you are done with payment, pls email me stating the holding bank that you deposit and
amount for accounting purposes.
5. All payment should bank-in the exact amount of your orders, i'll not refund
if you bank-in extra.
6. Any transaction without proof will be forfeited automatically.
